John Donahoe
President and Chief Executive Officer, eBay Inc.

Biography
John became President and CEO of eBay Inc. on March 31, 2008. In this role, John leads a global ecommerce and payments leader with revenues of $9.2 billion in 2010 and hundreds of millions of users in nearly every country on Earth. John has driven a strong focus on innovation and customers across eBay Inc.’s core businesses, which include eBay, PayPal, GSI Commerce and X.commerce, the company’s platform division. Under his watch, the company has aggressively grown payments, made major strides in reinvigorating its core marketplace business, and established an early lead in mobile commerce.
John joined eBay in March 2005 as President of eBay Marketplaces, responsible for all elements of eBay's global ecommerce businesses. In this role, he focused on expanding eBay's core business, which accounts for a large percentage of the company's revenues. John also oversaw a number of strategic acquisitions, including Shopping.com, StubHub and classifieds sites, such as Gumtree. During his three-year tenure as President of Marketplaces, revenues and profits for the division doubled.
Prior to eBay, John spent more than 20 years at Bain & Company, a worldwide consulting firm based in Boston. Starting as an Associate Consultant, John rose to become the firm's president and CEO in 1999, overseeing Bain's 30 offices and 3,000 employees.
In addition to serving on the Board of Directors for eBay Inc. and Intel Corp., John is also on the Board of Trustees of Dartmouth College. John received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Dartmouth College and an MBA from the Stanford Graduate School of Business.

Beth Axelrod

Biography
As eBay Inc.’s Senior Vice President, HR, Beth is responsible for all aspects of the company's human resources capabilities designed to drive performance of the business. These include recruiting, learning and development, compensation, benefits and the continuing evolution of the company's corporate culture. Beth also serves as the Chairperson of the eBay Foundation.
Prior to joining eBay in March 2005, Beth was Chief Talent Officer at WPP Group, one of the world's leading communications services groups, where she was also an executive director responsible for the recruitment, development and retention of WPP staff worldwide. Before WPP, she was a principal with McKinsey & Company.
Ms. Axelrod holds a B.S.E. degree with a concentration in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Public and Private Management (MPPM) from the Yale School of Management.

Biography
Mark joined the eBay Inc. leadership team in September 2008, overseeing eBay Inc.’s platform strategy, as well as having overall responsibility for technology, software development and site operations for eBay.com.
Prior to joining eBay Inc., Mark was executive vice president, products and general manager, for the Business Interaction Division at BEA Systems, a provider of enterprise application infrastructure software which was acquired by Oracle in April 2008. During more than a decade at BEA, Mark held a variety of senior technology leadership roles, including Chief Technology Officer.Mark began his career at Bell Labs as one of the original architects of Tuxedo, software for constructing highly scalable transaction processing applications. Prior to BEA, he designed and developed early versions of Tuxedo at Bell Labs, Unix System Labs and Novell.
Mark holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of California at Berkeley and an MS degree in Computer Science from New York University. He currently serves on the board of directors of Rally Software.

Michael Jacobson

Biography
Mike joined eBay Inc. in August 1998 and is responsible for overseeing the company’s legal department, risk management program and its policy group. He is responsible for interactions with content regulators, law enforcement, contracts, SEC compliance, and other legal matters.
Prior to eBay, Mike was a partner with Cooley Godward LLP where he was recognized as an expert in securities law. His responsibilities included corporate and securities transactions, including mergers and acquisition transactions, public offerings, and venture capital financing.
Mike earned an A.B. in Economics, Magna Cum Laude, in 1975 from Harvard College, where he was a member of Phi Beta Kappa. He subsequently received his law degree from Stanford University in 1981, where he was a Nathan Abbot Scholar and a member of Order of the Coif. He also received the Hilmer Oehlmann Jr. award as well as first and second year honors.

Biography
David Marcus is president of PayPal, where he has overall responsibility for establishing PayPal as the leading global payment service and helping to drive the future of money around the world. A mobile payments entrepreneur and product innovator, David brings a wealth of experience creating products that engage and delight customers – both businesses and consumers alike.
Most recently, David was PayPal’s vice president of mobile, where he led the company’s mobile business and product strategy, including the development and launch of PayPal Here. PayPal’s mobile business has experienced strong total payment volume growth, ending 2011 with more than $4 billion in mobile payments and projecting more than $7 billion this year.
David has more than 15 years of mobile and telecommunications experience worldwide. He joined PayPal in the company’s acquisition of Zong, a leading provider of payments through mobile carrier billing. Under David’s leadership as founder and CEO, Zong developed relationships with more than 250 carriers and more than 1,000 online merchants. Zong was acquired by PayPal in August 2011.
David has a proven track record of starting and leading successful businesses. Prior to Zong, he started Echovox in Europe, a mobile media monetization company that later formed the foundation for Zong.
A native of France, David grew up in Paris and Geneva. At 23, he started his first company, GTN, which became one of the top three alternative carriers in Switzerland and was acquired by World Access in 2000.

Biography
Alan leads communications strategy for all areas of eBay Inc., including business and consumer media relations, employee communications, executive positioning and issues and reputation management.
Alan has more than 20 years of experience managing communications for top global consumer brands. Prior to joining eBay in April 2008, Alan was at Nike Inc., where he served as a member of the company's global communications leadership team. In that role, he led corporate media relations for global product launches, communications of the company's growth strategy, and Nike's industry-leading corporate responsibility strategies.
Prior to Nike, Alan headed corporate communications for Gap Inc. from 1999 to 2005. There, he led media relations, executive and employee communications, reputation management and corporate responsibility. Before Gap Inc., Alan was with Avon Products Inc. for 12 years in a variety of global communications positions. He began his career as a journalist.
Alan received a BA in journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and an MA in liberal studies from New York University.

Chris Saridakis

The transaction went smoothly and we ended up selling it for 50 percent more than any local dealership was willing to pay. After that, I knew eBay was going to be huge!
Chris Saridakis has served as president of GSI since June 2011. Previously, Saridakis was the Chief Executive Officer of GSI's Global Marketing Services division. He joined GSI from Gannett Co., Inc., a leading news and information service, where he served as Senior Vice President and Chief Digital Officer since 2008 and head of Gannett Marketing Services. Prior to Gannett, he was CEO of PointRoll, and helped build the company into the leader in rich media, serving the world's top creative and media ad agencies. He has also served as Senior Vice President and General Manager of DoubleClick's Global TechSolution division.

Biography
Bob is responsible for all aspects of eBay Inc.'s finance function including controllership, financial planning and analysis, tax, treasury, audit, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations.
Prior to joining eBay in March 2006, Bob was CFO and executive vice president at Electronic Data Systems Corporation (EDS). With financial responsibility for a global organization with revenues of more than $20 billion and 117,000 employees, he oversaw the controllership, treasury, tax, investor relations, audit, planning, mergers and acquisitions, supply chain management and corporate administrative functions for EDS.
Prior to EDS, Bob served as CFO and executive vice president at TRW, Inc., and also held executive-level positions at Webvan Group, Inc., providing him with valuable Silicon Valley experience. He began his career with General Electric (GE) in 1985 and spent 15 years in a variety of positions, including corporate audit staff and CFO at GE Transportation Systems and GE Medical Systems-Europe. He left GE in 1999 as vice president of finance and CFO of GE Lighting.
Bob received a Bachelor of Science in business administration from The State University of New York (SUNY) at Buffalo. He also received a Master of Business Administration from SUNY Binghamton. Bob serves on the Board of Directors of Applied Materials.

Devin Wenig

Also, my younger brother runs an antique car restoration business in South Florida. It’s both humbling and inspiring to know that eBay is his IT department, his supplier, and his distributor – he can’t run a business without eBay.
Biography
As president of eBay Marketplaces, Devin Wenig leads the eBay, classifieds and StubHub businesses globally. He brings a strong combination of global operating experience, deep leadership skills and understanding of global technology platforms to eBay.
Devin joined the company in September 2011 after more 18 years at Thomson Reuters, the global media organization, where he served as CEO of its largest division, Thomson Reuters Markets, from April 2008 to August 2011. In that role, he led the global financial services and media businesses, which provide information, analytics and technology services to professionals in the financial services, media, and corporate markets globally, as well as to individuals through its consumer media arm.
Prior to serving as CEO of Thomson Reuters Markets, Devin was chief operating officer of Reuters Group PLC, a provider of financial market data, from 2006 to 2008. In that role, he led Reuters’ consumer media and Internet strategy as well as all of the company’s data, information, and analytical products, the sales force, information technology, and global marketing, among other functions.
Before 2006, Devin served on the Reuters Board and held numerous positions in the organization, including leading several divisions from 2003 to 2006 as president of Business Divisions, with the responsibility of leading the revitalization of Reuters and its four business segments.
Devin received a BA from Union College, and a JD from Columbia University Law School. Devin serves on the boards of March of Dimes and is a member of the World Economic Forum’s Young Global Leaders.
