The timeline has been carefully designed to help businesses get quickly up to speed and make the most of selling on eBay. Unfortunately, it cannot be adjusted to accommodate the needs of individual businesses.

July 30

Application Window Opens

Interested small business owners apply to join Retail Revival at www.ebayinc.com/BatonRouge. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis (so don’t wait to apply!).

We may conduct screening calls with select applicants to learn more about their business and/or clarify details of their application to properly determine their fit for the program.

August 21

Application Deadline

Applications must be submitted by 11:59pm ET on Wednesday, August 21.

August 23         

Applicant Notification

Applicants will be notified on a rolling basis throughout the application period via email or phone. All applicants will receive their decision no later than end-of-day Friday, August 23.

August 23 – September 6

Initial Support Outreach

Accepted applicants will be contacted by their assigned support specialist for an introductory conversation and account setup assistance.

September 13

Program Launch

Retail Revival kicks off with a full-day, in-person event at LSU Business Education Complex in Baton Rouge. All sellers are required to attend. If you have a schedule conflict that absolutely prevents you from being able to join us, a representative from your business may attend in your place.

September 16 October 31

Introductory Training Period

Sellers take part in six weeks of weekly coaching calls plus training webinars and other learning activities with their dedicated team of support specialists.

Please note: The introductory training period is key to participants’ success on eBay. If you are not able to actively and consistently participate in the training activities during this time, you may struggle to catch up and reach your potential on eBay.

November – August 2020

Growth Period

Sellers apply their learnings to their eBay businesses and focus on growth. Supplementary trainings are offered to enhance eBay mastery and promote general business health. Sellers are expected to maintain active participation levels throughout this phase and will be regularly asked for input so we can shape and execute the program in ways that best meet their needs.
