Partner to Sellers

From the casual seller looking to earn some extra cash, to the entrepreneur wanting to grow a small business, to the large enterprise interested in expanding its customer base – eBay partners with sellers of all sizes to create powerful opportunities that enable them to turn their passions into global sales.

At eBay, we recognize that many of our sellers are independent business owners – often operating global ecommerce businesses with tiny teams and limited resources. In addition to supporting their growth on eBay, we’ve launched a few programs that support and celebrate them.

Open for Business Podcast

Every small business owner must navigate hundreds of tough choices and questions when building and running a business. eBay's Open for Business podcast brings listeners stories of real eBay sellers, entrepreneurs and notable business leaders for candid conversations about the trials and tribulations of building a business from the ground up.

Celebrating Our Sellers

Our diverse community of entrepreneurs and small businesses breathe life into our marketplace and are responsible for the incredible selection on our site. We're constantly inspired by their tenacity, drive and passion and have unique programs in the U.S. and Canada that celebrate the sellers that embody our core values.

Helping Businesses Get Online

Many smaller retailers across the globe are not yet leveraging online channels as an avenue to grow their business. In recent years eBay has successfully piloted programs in Germany and Italy aimed at helping traditional retailers sell their goods on the eBay marketplace and discover the power of ecommerce.

Seller Advocacy

We believe in the power of our voice and our global brand to affect industry-wide policy change. We engage beyond the walls of our business, actively monitoring a variety of legislative and regulatory issues and championing the causes that matter to our global seller community.
