eBay Welcomes New Members to Enhanced Certified Provider Program
By: eBay Inc. Editors
As you may recall, eBay created its Certified Provider Program in 2004 with the goal of helping sellers be more successful. Today, eBay announced seven new qualified providers, Ally Commerce (formerly known as OFS Retail), eSellerPro, Kadro, Mercent, Monsoon Commerce, Shopping Feed and Solid Commerce, who are invited to participate as charter members in an enhanced Certified Provider Program. Each provider will deliver solutions and support that will help merchants scale and accelerate their success on eBay. Additionally, merchants will receive an unprecedented level of services, such as selling tips and information on how to jumpstart selling on eBay.
Like the traditional program, the enhanced eBay Certified Provider Program works closely with providers to certify their 3rd party applications. In addition, the program ensures timely new feature adoption and expedited issue resolution. Providers will invite qualified sellers to join as merchants under this program, who will receive proven account management services and integration to efficiently and effectively set up their business on eBay.
“At eBay, we’re committed to helping our sellers be successful. Through this program, we’re continuing to invest in our trusted Marketplace by bringing new proven merchants onboard,” said John Strosahl, Vice President of Merchant Development at eBay. “We’re thrilled that Ally Commerce, eSellerPro, Kadro, Mercent, Monsoon Commerce, Shopping Feed and Solid Commerce have joined our enhanced Certified Provider Program. Each of these providers will be arming new merchants with the tools and coaching them how to quickly grow their eBay business.”
eBay will continue to introduce updates about the enhanced program, which will roll out more broadly in 2015. To learn more, visit: ebay.com/certified
