We’d like to celebrate a successful 2012 in which we saw Commerce 3.0 enter and make a mark in the policy arena. Commerce 3.0 encompasses the revolutionary changes we see in retailing, shopping and payment. The blurring of online and offline, the linking of local and global opportunities, the empowerment of small businesses, the central role of innovation and experimentation in commerce – these developments must be reflected in policies and that’s the goal of our Commerce 3.0 campaign and call for Think 3.0.
