eBay Inc. Partners with the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute in New York

Hundreds of the world’s top brands now implement the Cradle to Cradle Certified Program to innovate products that redefine beauty and quality for the 21st century. As eBay Inc. powers the future of commerce, we are especially excited to enable leading brands with shared values – those who see social innovation as part of their business goals, driving growth as well as environmental and social impact.
To that end, we partnered with the Cradle to Cradle Products Innovation Institute to celebrate the leaders of the next industrial revolution. On Friday, November 15, in New York, 400 special guests gathered to celebrate the individuals and companies who are turning the making of things into a positive force for people and the planet.
eBay Inc. supported the event in the following ways:
StubHub Non-Profit Box Office for ticket sales
eBay Giving Works for charity auctions
PayPal Here for onsite donations
eBay Now coupons in gift bags (most NYC couriers deliver by foot or bike)
RedLaser QR codes for easy giving via mobile or iPad
As one of the judges of the C2CPII Legacy Leader Awards
We were pleased to see one of our customers, Puma, be recognized with a special leadership award for their new InCycle Collection, launched earlier this year. As eBay Inc. aspires to be the world’s largest engine for greener commerce, we applaud all of the individuals and companies who are turning the making of things into a positive force for people and the planet, and we look forward to continuing on this path together.
