eBay UK appoints new Chief Marketing Officer

eBay UK today announces the appointment of Eve Williams as Chief Marketing Officer, starting today. 

 

In her role, Eve will be responsible for all of eBay UK’s marketing activity creating impactful brand campaigns to show the breadth of eBay’s marketplace and championing the 300,000 businesses on the platform who sell to 28 million active buyers.   

 

Eve joins eBay UK from ASOS, where she was Global Brand Director, responsible for the company's marketing and customer programmes, creative, content, consumer comms and social output. During her seven-year tenure at ASOS, she led efforts to drive acquisition of new customers, while also playing an integral role in supporting initiatives which created opportunities for new talent.

 

Prior to that, Eve was Managing Director at Cedar Communications Ltd, producing content for some of Britain's leading brands including British Airways, Tesco, O2, TUI and Nikon.

Eve lives in North London with her partner, and two year old daughter.
