eBay Returns to Fashion Month with Pre-loved Runway Shows and an Open Invitation to Designers Worldwide

Press Release

With a slate of designers including ERDEM and Altuzarra spotlighting pre-loved looks on their runways, eBay redefines what belongs at Fashion Month.

eBay Endless Runway, a global circular fashion initiative, is back for its second year to reinforce pre-loved fashion’s place on runways. This season features new partnerships with top fashion designers — including ERDEM, LUAR, Altuzarra, Kallmeyer, and Ahluwalia — in collaboration with leading fashion councils, including the Council of Fashion Designers of America (CFDA), British Fashion Council (BFC), and Fédération de la Mode Circulaire (FMC).

Representing the world’s fashion capitals of New York, London, Milan, and Paris, participating designers will incorporate pre-loved pieces from previous collections into their Spring/Summer 2026 (SS26) collections. From archival runway pieces to pre-loved staples, each runway look will make a bold statement about the power of pre-loved and the relevance of circularity on fashion’s biggest stage. In addition, eBay will present its own pre-loved runway shows — shoppable in real time via eBay Live — during New York Fashion Week and London Fashion Week with eBay Resident Stylists Brie Welch and Amy Bannerman at the helm.

eBay Endless Runway reflects the permanent shift in how people shop. As consumer interest in resale continues to grow, eBay is not only leading the charge toward a more sustainable, fashionable future — it’s also making it easier than ever for shoppers to choose pre-loved with confidence and style.

“I am thrilled to partner with eBay Endless Runway for Spring/Summer 2026,” said Erdem Moralıoğlu, founder and creative director of ERDEM. “Reimagining an archival ERDEM look within a circular fashion format offers a unique opportunity to explore continuation of a narrative, design, and sustainability.”

“eBay is where vintage finds, pre-loved pieces, and emerging designer fashion converge — offering the most dynamic selection, for the most diverse fashion marketplace in the world,” said Alexis Hoopes, VP of Global Fashion at eBay. “With eBay Endless Runway, we’re continuing to prove that pre-loved fashion is leading the global conversation around circularity.

A leader in circular fashion

The global resale market surged to $205 billion in 2024, marking its fourth consecutive year of double-digit growth.1 On eBay alone, nearly 40% of all clothing, shoes, and accessories sold last year were pre-loved and users searched for ‘vintage’ more than 1,200 times a minute. With close to 2.4 billion listings across the marketplace — including rare, branded fashion — eBay offers an unmatched selection that fuels moments of discovery shoppers can’t find anywhere else.

In May, eBay unveiled the eBay Watchlist — its first data-driven trend report reflecting the pre-loved shopping behaviors of eBay’s 134 million users. eBay also brought pre-loved to the red carpet this year at the 2025 Met Gala, where celebrities including Emma Chamberlain, Jeremy Pope, Law Roach, and Chappell Roan wore pre-loved designer pieces sourced from the marketplace.
