StubHub and PayPal held a ribbon-cutting ceremony for their state-of-the art new office Thursday in Boston’s financial district. Mayor Thomas Menino attended the event and praised StubHub’s plan to bring new jobs to Boston — it is looking to hire 50 new employees for its development center. Massachusetts Secretary of Housing and Economic Development Gregory Bialecki also came. Representing StubHub were CTO Raji Arasu and Mehdi Ghazizadeh, senior director of engineering.
