In a video interview, Paul Todd, Senior Vice President of eBay Europe, notes that shopping is more fun than ever, adding that “people can now sell around the world with the flick of a switch.”
In the interview, Todd also discusses cross-border trade and the wide selection that is available on eBay.
“I think there is more innovation going on in shopping than ever,” Todd added. “Part of that is driven by technology, and there are more pop-up stores and new formats being formed. We’re moving from a sales-per-square-foot view of retail into an extended range view of retail where you use technology and the warehouse behind the store to extend range."
