As the nation gets ready for the return of Britain’s favourite spy, eBay.co.uk has put together a ranking to determine the most popular Bond car.
The iconic Aston Martin DB5, which first featured in 1964’s Goldfinger has topped eBay’s Bond ranking] More than 37 pieces of Aston Martin DB5 related memorabilia are sold on the site every day – one every 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, the unlikely getaway car – a bright yellow Citroen 2CV – from in For Your Eyes Only –comes in at second place, selling one piece of related memorabilia every hour.
The first ever Bond car, the long-forgotten Sunbeam Alpine, sneaks into third place selling more than 1,800 items in the last three months.
