Beauty and the Beast left out in the cold as Frozen tops eBay.co.uk Disney ranking

Despite the much anticipated release of Beauty and the Beast next month, online marketplace eBay.co.uk has revealed that Frozen is still refusing to ‘let go’ of the top spot, selling three items every minute in the past three months.[1]

With nearly 300,000 Frozen related items currently listed on site, ranging from walkie-talkies to colouring books, the animated classic - which was released more than three years ago - has dominated the Disney ranking yet again outselling the rest of the top five Disney films combined. [2]

Still a firm favourite, but not quite top, is Toy Story selling more than 28 items per hour over the last three months, with more than 8,000 current listings ranging from Mr & Mrs Potato Head figures to Buzz Lightyear soft toys.

Falling down the rabbit hole into third place is Alice in Wonderland, selling nearly 27 items per hour, with ‘fairest of them all’ Snow White closely behind, selling 26 items per hour in the last three months.

Charming classic Cinderella sweeps her way into fifth place selling 24 products per hour; with Beauty and the Beast waltzing in at eighth place despite the draw of leading lady Emma Watson, selling only ten products per hour.
